These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of errumbd.com and ERRUM’s retail outlets in Dhaka, Bangladesh (together, “ERRUM”, “we”, “us”). By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the storefront.
ERRUM sells imported sneakers and streetwear, in-store and online, to customers in Bangladesh. If you ever have a concern about an item you received, contact us immediately using the details at the end of these Terms.
You must be old enough under Bangladeshi law to enter into a binding purchase, or have a parent/guardian place the order on your behalf. You can create an account by verifying a phone number with a one-time SMS code, or by continuing with Google — both lead to the same kind of account, with the same access to your orders, addresses, points, and coupons.
You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for anything that happens under your account. If you sign up with Google using an email that already belongs to an existing ERRUM account, we will ask you to confirm your password before linking the two, rather than merging them automatically.
Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and can change without notice; the price confirmed at checkout is what applies to your order. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but colours can vary slightly on screen, and stock of a given size or colourway is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed by our team. Promotional discounts, coupon codes, and campaign pricing are subject to their own individual terms shown at the time of the offer, and are not guaranteed to combine with one another.
Placing an order online does not confirm it. Every new order starts as “Pending,” and a member of our team calls or messages you from 01942565664 to confirm the details and arrange a Tk 300 advance payment — the remaining balance is paid as Cash on Delivery when your order arrives. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order we cannot fulfil (for example, if the item sold out before confirmation), in which case any advance already paid is refunded.
Delivery fees vary by zone (inside Dhaka, greater Dhaka, and outside Dhaka) and are always shown before you confirm your order. Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier availability and are communicated when your order is confirmed. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are accurate — we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.
Repeated refusal of a delivered order without a valid reason (such as a damaged or incorrect item) may result in the advance payment being forfeited to cover courier costs, and may affect your ability to place future orders with us.
Because every item is inspected before dispatch, we ask that you check your order at the point of delivery where possible. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order details — we will work with you on a repair, exchange, or refund on a case-by-case basis. Items that are unworn, in their original packaging, and reported promptly are the easiest to resolve. Final-sale and clearance items may not be eligible for return or exchange; this will always be stated on the product page where it applies.
Where our loyalty points programme is active, points are earned on qualifying purchases and can be redeemed against a future order, subject to the minimum and maximum redemption limits shown in your account. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may be adjusted or the programme discontinued at our discretion — we’ll do our best to give notice of any material change.
Coupon codes are valid only for the period, products, and conditions stated when they are issued, are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and cannot be resold or transferred.

“Continue with Google” is provided by Google and is subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policy in addition to ours. Links to our WhatsApp, Facebook, and YouTube pages take you to third-party platforms we do not control. Our couriers operate under their own terms for the delivery leg of your order.
To the fullest extent permitted by Bangladeshi law, ERRUM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the storefront. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumers’ Rights Protection Act, 2009, which cannot be excluded by contract.
We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these Terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time — see the Contact section below.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, including the Consumers’ Rights Protection Act, 2009 and the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines, 2021, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will always reflect the current version. Continuing to use the storefront after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
